One general tag and four regional tags.  General can be used in any open region.

We could have moved and hunted another region, but decided to head home so I could take kids out with limited tags they drew.

I really want to move to Montana, Upland birds, fly fishing, elk hunting, and what looks like some pretty awesome turkey hunting.....

MT turkey hunting can be good, but birds arent everywhere.  They are found in pockets and can require a lot of driving depending where you are located.   (I'm just a turkey nut that loses all common sense when there is the possibility of a gobbling tom.)  Populations can have drastic fluctuations, usually downward, mostly due to weather conditions during the hatch.  Turkeys are not native to MT.
