Smoking while the sun shines

I have a Cabela's branded Camp Chef pellet grill that we use all of the time.  I've been cutting my ribs in half and using a vertical rib rack.  They stand on edge so you don't have to turn them and they don't seem to take as long to get done. I always peel the silver skin, wash and dry the ribs, coat with olive oil and a dry rub and they turn out well.  I generally only do one rack at a time since it's jut the wife and I.

What brand and kind and size Smoker? Electric, propane, Pellet, wood, other? (I'm still researching...)

Char Griller Komado Akorn and by all means if you really want to do "Low and "slow a "Tip, Top, Temp" attachment. Very affordable, no batteries or cords, but

attaches easily with a spring and wire plate hanger. Fits some model Weber Kettles, BGE, Kamado, Char Griller Akorns, Big Steel Keg, Char Griller Akorn Jr., and others.

(remember the old spring steel thermal coil operated automatic chokes?) Brilliant!
