Awesome- I have always heard of the giant trout on the blackfoot reservation lakes. That area is an amazing viewscape, rolling hills with the front range of the rockies right there.

just purchase a Rez license

 

I know some of the guides on the Rez. Suggest a first timer contact them

Based on the lower elevation snow that must have been in May? Nice fish.

I used to fish up there a lot. It was fun but I honestly would rather fish rivers.
