Corona Extra VS Coronita Exta

I became mean when I use to drink Budweiser. Plus I use to get wicked hangovers. It wasn't til I started drinking Mexican beer with fruit stuffed down the neck that I became a happy beer drinker.

If you want to talk water with a little beer in it you are speaking of the "Silver Bullet" Coors Light. Did they create that beer for college kids so they could brag how many beers they drank?

I meant to add-whats with Corona LIGHT!? I'll even admit regular Coors is pretty dang light...how light could Corona Light be?

I picked up that Corona Light once and it tasted really wishy washy watered down.

I also used to drink Pabst Blue Ribbon. I wonder if its really as good as I thought it was.

It seems odd that anyone would deliberately drink beer made in a country where drinking the water is not recommended.

Very good point!  Lee, you are a thinker.

I went to Mexico last Feb.  I couldn't tell which tasted worse:  Corona, no matter how many one drinks; and warm Diet Coke!  I ended up drinking cheap Scotch, most of the time, because it was the only thing with any taste.  I was dying for a Dos Equis XX.  None in all od Playa Del Carmen.

If I never drink another Corona....

Another BB was crapping all over someone for drinking PBR.  Before June, I couldn't remember drinking one.....  Have to try one - how bad could it taste?  Worse than Bud?  Nope!  Now, for my trolling for fish excursions, I take along PBR and Labatt's.  But for bird hunting, I going to have to go Yuppie, only good beer allowed.

Has anyone tried the new Bud Ale?  Pretty good!

Well you better check your beers . Coors  has more alcohol then the others you talked about. Maybe that is why your head hurts  :D  Bud spent lots of money trying to keep this under the radar.

chit my head hurt.........  suspect.gif

For those who like Mexican beer, and I'm one canadian who does, I highly recommend try SoL.  I was sitting in a cantina in Playa del carmen when a young local joined me and told me in no uncertain terms that I shouldn't be drinking Corona as it's for 'gringos' and that "we drink Sol"  Tried one, never looked back.  In fact it's the only beer I drink now...well unless of course I can't find it then I'll drink anything  :D

Please refrain from using the word "beer" when referring to Corona, Coronita, Coors, etc.

The jury is still out on the new Budweiser American Ale.

Carry on.

Couldn't agree more,epecially since it's Oktoberfest season.

Life's to short to drink cheap beer.

I am doing research right now. The Corona with a slab of lime squeezed and pushed into bottle neck is 7/8 gone. I haven't decided if the Coronitas taste better yet. More research to do. I still have my beard and my Moobs haven't grown any bigger.

I am guilty of drinking Coronas. I mostly drink Michelob Light, Bud Lite. Please help me upgrade my beer. The heavy taste of even a Sam Adams turns me off never mind the 5 or 6 micro brews I tried....as thick as motor oil.  Are there any light tasting quaility beers that you recommend? Nothing that comes only in a six pac and bonus points for a 30 pac
