I don't even care enough to have an opinion about the man, the story, or the circumstance. But every time I see another report about Tiger's return, it irritates the hell out of me that it's actually considered "news."

Cripes, I can't believe I just wasted the time to post this poll...

He is the best golfer of our time, who jumped anything with a pulse, and got caught by his wife. How does this affect me?

If every pro athlete that did this got this much publicity, we would never have time for all the other worthless crap in the news.....

I'm a little surprised at that too.

As for Tiger, he may be the best of all times (and that's saying a lot when you stop to consider that Jack Nicholas is a fellow Buckeye) but I'd prefer to keep him on the sports page, not the front page. Far too much press on his lifestyle.

Golf is better when he plays, I am glad he's back.

Ditto.

He has the ability to hit shots no other person on the planet can hit and I can appreciate that.

I have no interest in golf. Tried it but kept looking longingly at whatever ponds were on the course wondering how big the bass might be and picking up and sniffing deer poops for freshness.

Regardless, he is an elite athlete in his sport and I am glad he is back playing golf. As far as his personal life and all the over-coverage and voyeurism, its disgusting. Its nobodies business and this whole mea culpa, I'm a roll model etc makes me puke in my mouth.

From a marketing standpoint he (and sponsors like Nike) are losing out on a new image of the bad boy which would serve him well. Instead he is portraying himself as the repentant Buddhist. Give me a flippin break.

Sorry to hear of your loss Syd.  Any clues as to the cause?

I am so freakin' sick of this story I want to rage.  You know what a better story at the Master's is?  Fred Couples and Tom Watson.  Just like every other truck stop waitress and skanky whooowa eff him

I spewed water after reading Tommy's post. But I laughed so hard at Mark's post that my chew came out my nose. Condolences, brother.

And apparently will himself to do so.  He better not ever take up bird hunting; there'd be no safe place for them birds to hide.
