dvmweb
Pandora, on my Droid phone. Internet radio. Choose a genre or an artist and it plays that artist or genre and songs in a similar vein. Quite cool as I am hearing a lot of different music I would not of heard otherwise. And, it's free. Ad supported, though. Walt MI/USA

Teagarden was my fathers musical hero and I got to hear this record at a young age. Still have it, still play it and it never gets old. (Couldn't embed the video. Has something changed??) Briarscratch
Peterson, that's a good one. I came across this "missing" Whiskeytown album - "Those Weren't the Days" here: http://thesteamengine.blogspot.com/2008....ys.html . Great stuff, I can't stop listening to it. A lot of which is on the Strangers Almanac Deluxe version, but I thought some of you might like it anyway. Perfect music to drive the back roads to.

Briarscratch
For what it's worth Chuck, I've never heard of any of that stuff either. Well, most of it. It's hard to keep up with Captain Feathersword.
Ben Hong
Beautiful day, clear and "dry", mid 70s (now),sparkling lake, and I am planting a few shrubs. Perfect setting for a background of opera arias cranked up on my Klipsch Cornwalls. In the interest of giving the woodland creatures a dose of culture, all windows are wide open, of course.
