Upland-related presents?!

I have been a bird hunter and a dog man for so long, that there are very few acutriments I truly want or need. That saying, I lost my Bushnell BackTrack this fall

The pure irony of losing a GPS is funny, in a small way.

I got a couple of gift cards to Cabelas and Bass pro Shops, a wild game slow cooker cookbook and a flying pheasant night light.

I also got to spend time with my family - a very special present.  My wife was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, had a double mastectomy the day after Thanksgiving and starts chemo on January 5th.  I pray for many, many more Christmases with her.

A few flannel shirts, a scale (I think my wife's trying to tell me something) and a few other articles of clothing.

Visiting my parents last week, my dad came walking down the hall dragging a firearm in a case behind him and handed it to me. It was his Win model 101 trap gun he bought in 1969 or 70. "Merry Christmas or Happy B-day, whichever you want," he says. I was happy to accept it for both!

They actually had given my wife and I a Christmas present earlier and I have another B-day present under the tree, from them.

Marty, my prayers and best wishes go out to your wife for a full recovery.

Take the Husky back and get a Sthil. I gave up on the master key and went to a small cutting torch outfit.

dad picked the Sthil.... I didn't want him spend that much on a saw thats going to be used 2-3's  a year, for road clearing..... and the universal has 36" arms and is supposed to cut thru 5/8 hardened steel...... Even the Bats not big enough for a torch setup

When are you going to get a DP tuner and GP38 Turbo for that rig to haul all that gear around?  You must be rockin' a solid 15mpg as is......
