valuman
I hope there's no game seven. I can't even begin to express how annoying I find Buck & McCarver and I really don't think I could take another night of listening to them.

Field Grade
Among one of the more entertaining moments so far tonight has been watching Ellsbury get hung up between 1st and 2nd and then somehow outrun the rundown. Just too fast (and slick) for 'em. :'>

atticus
Unbelievable! If you had told me last winter/spring they would make the series let alone win it, I would have laughed out loud! Shows what I know about baseball. What a team and what a season.
valuman
This was an amazing season, and an amazing world series that I will long remember. This Red Sox team was a unique blend of talent, young, old, big names and no names that proved once again that in baseball you have to have a positive team chemistry in order to win it all. I give John Farrell a lot of credit for making the most of that too. The Cardinals are a great team as well and with all that young pitching talent, should be contenders again next season. How many days before pitchers and catchers report?

Dogwood
Yep the better team won, no bout adout it. Looking forward to Ellsbury hitting leadoff for the Tabbies next year
Virgil Kane
Looking forward to Ellsbury hitting leadoff for the Tabbies next year I heard that Ellsbury might go to the Rangers. Texas made a descent run of it this year, with Ellsbury they might go all the way. 52 stolen bases, quite an achievement. A lead off hitter any team would like to have! With him on base it takes the pitches mind off the batter and then mistakes happen. Virgil
