Not exactly cooking, but:

half gallon of pickled lake whitefish (ready to sample now)

couple dozen lake whitefish filets in the smoker just now, ready about 2200 tonight

twenty-ish lbs of pitted Flathead sweet cherries in the dehydrator -- ready in a day or 2

BBQ pork, to the point I'm making Char Siu, and fried Soba noodles with veggies.  

A friend has been asking a lot about chineses cooking and a few styles I'm familiar with and has me returning to my "roots".

If people didn't know by now, they sure would know it by the looks of your Egg and wok - you are a serious cook and those appliances have served you well. Good stuff.
