Gunflint Charlie
I'm 62. Three or four days a week I do 6 miles in 90 min. on an inclined treadmill, also free-weights and other strength work a couple times a week. But am starting to feel the arthritis in my hip recently after keeping it quiet with glucosamine the past 10 years. If it keeps up like this I may need one of them fancy new ones before long.
