Truck bed drawer systems?

It's not really a drawer system, but for those of you with a topper, I recently purchased an item called a Cap Pack.  It fits up under the roof of the topper and slides out like a drawer from there.  it's mounted to the inside roof with four bolts and can handle about a hundred pounds of guns and other hunting stuff.  It has 2 locks and keeps all my stuff nice and secure.  I also have plenty of room for dog crates and lots of other equipment in the bed of the truck.

For a short guy is it easy to reach?  Also how easy is it to remove if needed?

I'm 5'11" and it's no problem for me.  You can open it with the tailgate up or down so standing on the rear bumper would work too.  As for removing it - it's meant to stay there so it's a fair amount of work to mount or un-mount it.  I had Radco install mine and they have a forklift that they use.  The company website shows it being installed on a topper that has been removed and placed on its top.  I think - once it's there, you'd want to leave it attached.
