Hey guys, the OP said low budget. Most of the movies listed here are  definitely big budget, though they are great!

 

One of my all time favourite small budget movies has to be “House of Games” with Lindsay Crouse and Joe Montegna, directed by David Mamet.

The Adventures of Remo Williams had a relative low budget at the time.

 

a little known movie I like is "It's Kind of a Funny Story"
