mshowman Posted June 1, 2018 Share Posted June 1, 2018 I purchased a Sportdog TEK 1 training collar and GPS more than 2 years ago. I’ve had a couple of issues with it so I called Sportdog to see if they offer a repair or reconditioning service even though the warranty had expired. Rather than repair it they offered to send me a brand new unit, and a return shipping label for the old one, at no cost. That was 3 days ago and the new one arrived today. That’s the kind of service that makes me want to deal with this company in the future! Link to post Share on other sites

I think all the issues I had with their products were actually due to my lack of technical acumen , but the Sportdog folks were more than willing to support me with good advice and replacement products whenever I screwed it all up.
