Irish Red and White Setter Male found in Minnesota

A male Irish red and white setter was found wearing an e-collar in June near Henderson, MN. He was mistaken for a springer and turned in to a springer rescue group. They were trying to find someone missing a springer.

Do you have a link to the site you could PM me? I might now someone that has connections to some people that are familiar with the breed in MN.
