Hogan was 6 mos old when last season started and he came home at 10 weeks so I didn’t have long to prepare...it was a fun puppy season, no more and no less.

He’s seen about 40 birds in launchers this summer and I’ve got him standing to flush.  He breaks on flush about half the time but I can stop him with whoa.  I’ll do what I can with the last 10 birds in the pen, but I’m not worried about it...wild birds will teach too and I can pick up next spring.

I’m sure a more experienced trainer could have done more in a shorter time, but this is my first time taking training to this level...I’m having fun and proud of what we’ve done so far.

Hogan looks pretty darn nice.  What is his breeding?  He looks a lot like my dog from Howie and Tammy Hill, Northwaters Kennel.  You'll surely have a lot of fun with him this fall.

Thank you!  He’s from Top Gun’s Hank x Sadie.
