I'm told the  the app Montana Hunting Access 2020 will be  available by the third week of August.  It's the Access Guide on steroids.  Shows all types of public lands, including BMA's, plus, it shows where you are in relation thereto within a few feet.  Great tool if you want to avoid trespassing.  Nice for finding the truck at the end of a long day, too.

This is the app that Mr Hartman is referring to.

Find it on your App Store, I think it is about $10. Works without cell coverage.

Like Onx but only for Montana.

Boots can be worse for dogs.  The spines can penetrate the boots, even the rubber Lewis ones, and then break off in the dog's pads making it difficult to extract.  If you are going to do boots, do the rubber ones not the canvas ones.  IMO it is better for the dog to just learn to avoid the cactus and pull out spines when tweezers when they do get in a pad.

Very important.  I just got the 2020 BMA "book/Maps" and noticed some changes from 2019.

Got an email about the app. It IS the 2020 version of the BMA map booklet.
