Alaskan Swamp Collie
Clint is the best, but remember all those Dean Martin movies? I can't remember the names, but channel surfing in a shady motel after bird hunting I love a cold one and hose classics.t

As are: The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance Hombre The Searchers The Shootist Fort Apache The Magnificent Seven Stagecoach Winchester 73 My Darling Clementine She Wore A Yellow Ribbon Jeremiah Johnson I guess my Senior Citizen status is showing... Good list. I'd add 3:10 to Yuma Cowboys High Noon Hud (might be questionable as a western) Lonesome Dove series True Grit (both old and new version) The Searchers is a top five movie for me. tut
Most of the good ones have already been mentioned. Some that are underrated but really really good. 5 Card Stud with Dean Martin and Robert Mitchem Big Country with Gregory Peck, Burl Ives, Charlton Heston, and Chuck Connors (Great as a bad guy with all bark no bite). Shootist with John Wayne Sons of Katie Elder (Wayne and Dean)
Craig Conroy
A bunch of good movies. I have to throw in a semi-comedy: Texas Across the River. Mostly because they used pretty much period correct firearms, Cavalry uniforms. etc. Otherwise, it's just a comedy. Slim Pickens in Blazing Saddles was classic, and memorable for me. mister grouse
I have watched all of the original Lonesome Dove series so many times I can come close to reciting every line, and the same with Josey, and the rest of the Eastwood films. Sequels never quite live up to the originals for me. There are lots of old westerns on TV daily on my cable, and l seem to always find one I hadn't seen before since l paid a dime to see Hopalong Cassidy on saturday afternoon. Big fan of Cormac McCarthy so the Sackett movies and All the Pretty Horses are also favorites. And even though it is not an old western : No Country for Old Men.

GuyO
The Magnificent Seven is one of my all time favorites. That being said the redo with Denzel Washington and Chris Pratt and Co. is entertaining.
WyomingArt
The next western the Coen brothers produce. Buster Scruggs, True Grit, and likely missed others, are pretty good fare.
