Dongotto Posted December 10, 2020 Share Posted December 10, 2020 David Leong who recently passed fought for our country in world war II and when he came home he decided that Southwest Missouri people like things fried so he came up with his take of cashew chicken which involved a type of broth/gravy and fried chicken nuggets served over a fried rice. He started a restaurant that is still a local favorite today. His son shared the recipe online I wanted to post it with you all that haven't tried it it's really good.
