My dog was spayed but still acts like she is in heat!

I don't know if anybody has ever experienced this but I had my French brittany spayed back in September at the age of 2. Judging by my Calender this is right when she would her cycle....I have noticed a change in her all of sudden,  sad, tired, aloofness. She is a couch potato who all of a sudden I find "nesting" outside under the deck,  digging under the shed,  and preferring to be outside even in the cold.... her hunting has been a little different too in the last week. Bumped a few birds,  seems not that into, but ranging,  lost aggression.  These same issues occurred during her previous heat cycles but now she is no longer intact? Head scratching

Is her vulva swollen and or any blood tinged vaginal discharge?

No not at all,  it's more a mental thing I believe

Probably nothing of great concern but if it persists then some testing is in order to be sure it's not hormonal.
