Pro 550 Plus - Vibrate Mode Question

Hey, getting close to pulling the pin on the 550 +.  But, have a question regarding the vibrate mode.  Do you have to turn the knob to the V position when you want to use vibrate or do you just use the "top" button for vibrate while the knob is on the stim mode?

Turn the knob/dial to the V position. Select the M momentary or C continuous switch, then press the top, bottom or both training buttons for medium, low or high vibration level.
