Wild Boar slow cooked ribs

Neighbor across the street owns The Great Eight LLC, his dry rub and BBQ sauce business.  Used the dry rub on some wild boar ribs from a hunt last Fall.  Mmmmm....

I think I've hauled off and dumped probably every wild boar hog we've caught, and almost couldn't get rid of the odor.  

But those rubbed pieces look good.

It certainly helped that they were off hogs weighing 100 lbs or less.  We trapped a couple of 250 lbs boars a few years ago and only the ground meat was edible for me.  My buddy enjoyed every piece of them, but I couldn't get past the smell either.
