But those rubbed pieces look good. It certainly helped that they were off hogs weighing 100 lbs or less. We trapped a couple of 250 lbs boars a few years ago and only the ground meat was edible for me. My buddy enjoyed every piece of them, but I couldn't get past the smell either.
