We had a female gsp that was in a similar situation with dribbling after being spayed. We tried des and prion. Prion worked for a while but then seemed to not be effective. Plus she started to refuse to take them and it became a daily hassle to try and get them down her throat. We decided to try another route. We tried a few different supplements we settled on these(https://naturvet.com/product/bladder-support-tablets/) as they worked well for us.

Oh, c'mon...In the early days of heart worm infestation I had three dogs that then required a daily dose - insert the pill in the dog's mouth,  hold the jaws closed, tilt the dog's head back,  massage the dog's throat and  it goes down very quickly . Want to make it more palatable ? Put the pill in a bit of soft white bread and add a dab of peanut butter and do the same - your dog will look forward to it . Whenever I have to orally medicate my dog this is a simple and foolproof procedure.
